1. About EseyHaat

EseyHaat is an online marketplace that connects customers, sellers and delivery services through its platform.

Customers may browse eligible products, place orders and make payments through the available options provided on the website.

Product specifications may also vary where manufacturers or sellers make legitimate product or packaging changes.

The applicable product price, delivery charge and other applicable charges will be displayed during the ordering or checkout process.

6. Orders

When you place an order through EseyHaat, you are requesting to purchase the selected product or products.

An order may be accepted, rejected or cancelled depending on factors such as product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, delivery limitations, seller availability or other legitimate operational reasons.

Order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee availability in circumstances where an unforeseen inventory or system issue is identified.

7. Payment

EseyHaat may provide online payment facilities through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay, where enabled.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable terms, conditions and security procedures of the respective payment service provider.

EseyHaat does not intentionally store complete debit card, credit card, CVV, PIN or internet-banking passwords on its own servers.

8. Delivery & Delivery Charges

EseyHaat will make reasonable efforts to deliver eligible orders to the delivery location provided by the customer.

Delivery availability and applicable delivery charges may be calculated based on the customer's delivery location/GPS location, distance, order details and applicable delivery conditions.

If a customer is asked to make an additional delivery payment that was not included in the order total, the customer should contact EseyHaat support for clarification.

9. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on product availability, seller processing time, delivery distance, weather, public holidays, operational conditions and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Delivery estimates are indicative and should not be treated as an absolute guarantee of a specific delivery time.

10. Customer Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

• Correct name and contact information should be provided.
• The delivery address should be accurate and serviceable.
• The customer should remain reasonably available to receive the order.
• An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delivery delays or failure.

11. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order reaches a stage where cancellation is no longer possible, subject to the applicable order status and cancellation policy.

Once an order has been processed, dispatched or otherwise reached a non-cancellable stage, cancellation may not be available.

12. Returns & Refunds

Product returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the applicable EseyHaat Return & Refund Policy and any applicable product or seller-specific conditions.

Not every product may be eligible for return. Eligibility may depend on the product type, order condition, seller policy and applicable return conditions.

Where a refund is approved, the refund may be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method, subject to applicable processing requirements.
